Martial Arts Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at REAL MARTIAL ARTS TAEKWONDO. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts instruction to our students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective martial arts training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Lead group and private martial arts classes, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
  • Assist with the coordination of martial arts events and tournaments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement new programs and services.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a martial arts instructor or coach.
  • Valid martial arts certification (e.g. black belt or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
