Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 0961448 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
