Agricultural Service Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Phaneuf Agricultural Equipment. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Upton branch workshop, ensuring exceptional service standards for our clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and plan daily personnel operations in the workshop, including technicians, technical advisors, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve established objectives, including customer service excellence and profitability targets.
- Participate in the department's hiring process and ensure the development and training of personnel.
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients, meeting deadlines and working closely with other departments.

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products.
Requirements
- AED, DEC, or BAC in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics and the agricultural environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with excellent communication, planning, and customer service skills.
