Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Staff II. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing.
  • Restock and replenish food and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma combined with a Food Service Worker Certificate from a Community College and as recognized by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care or Ontario Ministry of Education equivalency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with the elderly is desirable.
  • Previous kitchen experience will be considered an asset.
