Department Manager

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of luxury retail and the ability to drive sales growth through effective team management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Performance: Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective team management, coaching, and development.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Category Management: Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales growth in assigned categories, including product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team, Store Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales leadership experience in luxury retail.
- Skills: Proven sales leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
