Job Title: Food Service Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Supervisor to join our team at Servomation Inc. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks
- Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
- Establish work schedules that meet the needs of our customers and staff
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in food service operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
