Job Title: Auditor

This role involves performing file audits across all Taylor Rose MW offices in line with agreed timetables for both contractual requirements and auditing departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough file audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Review electronic and hard copy files to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with the Head of Audit to prepare for regulatory and quality audits.
  4. Assess compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and client-specific SLAs.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to Fee Earners and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Audit experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel.
