Financial Leadership Opportunity at Lifestyle Home Products

Lifestyle Home Products, a family-owned business, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive financial growth and strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the financial operations team, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor performance and identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Oversee the finance and IT functions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, managing the preparation and support of all external audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • CPA or CMA designation, in good standing, or equivalent is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial role, such as VP of Finance, Director, or CFO.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience managing a fast-growing business or division.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of technology integration, leveraging financial technologies to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficient in financial management software and Excel.
