Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fish Plant Worker to join our team at Cap Pele Bait Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our aquatic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
  • Operate fish cleaning and cutting machines, as well as fish meal processing and roe processing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and priorities
