Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the coffee shop.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
