Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures
