MaintainX, a world leading mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers, is seeking an experienced Software Integration Specialist to join their team. As a key player in the company's post-sales process, you will be responsible for leading and delivering integration projects with clients. With your technical expertise and client relationship management skills, you will guide clients through the integration process, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.

Your responsibilities as a Software Integration Specialist at MaintainX will include:

  • Leading integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborating with clients to define and adhere to project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assessing client systems and requirements to design effective integration solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions during the integration process.
  • Applying technical skills to provide expert integration advice on how to best utilize MaintainX's Open REST APIs.
  • Creating and presenting detailed, actionable integration plans that enable both MaintainX and our customers to understand and execute on the full scope of our integration processes.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during integration projects.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

To succeed as a Software Integration Specialist at MaintainX, you should have experience in technical consulting, including roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development. You should also possess excellent project management skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and critical thinking mindset.
