Key Responsibilities- Animal Health Monitoring: Ensure the health and well-being of our livestock by monitoring their condition and taking corrective action as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Implement and maintain strict farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our animals, staff, and the environment.
- Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of our farm's production and quality control processes.
- Livestock and Crop Management: Supervise and oversee the breeding and growing of our livestock and crops, ensuring optimal production and quality.
- Maintenance and Operations: Maintain and operate our farm's machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- General Farm Duties: Perform a range of general farm duties as required, including maintenance, repairs, and other tasks.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
