Poultry Farm Foreman/Woman Job Description

Moonfleet Poultry Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poultry Farm Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our poultry farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers
  • Monitor animal health and ensure the implementation of bio-security procedures
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Perform general farm duties and ensure farm safety
  • Hire and train staff as needed
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work under pressure. The farm is located in a rural area, and the successful candidate will be required to relocate to the site.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license
