Business Systems Analyst

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting system solutions and processes within our SAP SD module.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain technical specifications for system implementations and integrations
* Collaborate with internal and external process partners to ensure efficient and effective system solutions
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to process partners to ensure adherence to specifications
* Lead project task areas in the execution of technology processes
* Create and oversee testing scripts for processes
* Develop training documents and processes as required
* Handle SAP system support for order-to-cash issues and root cause analysis
* Lead EDI initiatives for trade partner implementations and changes

**Requirements**

* University degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
* Advanced knowledge of SAP SD module with at least two years of experience
* Knowledge of EDI standards and experience in coordinating implementation and enhancement initiatives
* Experience leading system implementations, process improvements, or project management
* Demonstrated experience supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale, integrated business systems
