Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at AIR TRAIN FREIGHT SYSTEMS INC. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring that our information systems meet business requirements and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Technical Requirements: Develop and maintain technical requirements documents to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet business requirements and provide value to the organization.
  • Provide Advice: Offer expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess Security Risks: Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
