Salary and Benefits
As a Production Team Member, you will receive a competitive base wage of approximately $45,000 per year, plus incentive bonuses for efficient production work and dedication. Our benefits package includes health care coverage, a pension plan, uniforms, and work boots.
We offer a 4-day work week, providing a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for advancement.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to load and unload trucks, ensuring they are ready for the road the next morning. This involves driving trucks on site, loading and unloading slings, lifting and stacking dirty and clean mats, pushing carts, moving bins, and completing related freight and merchandise tasks.
You will be required to read and write in English, communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, follow procedures, and meet production standards. The role includes repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have strong teamwork and communication skills, be able to adapt to changing demands, and possess basic math skills for inventory management.
