Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Solestop. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against invoices and other documents
  • Prepare and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
