About Consort Hospital & Care CenterLocated in a rural setting, Consort Hospital & Care Center offers a unique blend of community support and long-term care services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at this facility, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team environment providing client-centered care under the direct supervision of a Charge Registered Nurse.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room and Long Term Care departments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $93,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
