The Senior Sales position is a critical role that enables us to achieve our objectives. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, tooling industry and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop business relationships and a passion for the tool industry.

As a Senior Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your area. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with expert advice on our products. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in an organized manner and make sound judgments. You must also be able to adapt to changes, delays and unforeseen events in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and supplier representatives
  • Drive sales growth and profitability in your area
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our products
  • Mentor and train sales team members to improve team knowledge and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years in retail environment
  • Minimum 3 years in the tool industry or other industry related to tooling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and make sound judgments
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
