Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Chopped Leaf. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
