Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator, Cardiology will support clinical care pathways for patients undergoing cardio-diagnostic procedures by enhancing patient experience, improving standards of care, and ensuring smooth transitions to appropriate services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs assessments to address knowledge gaps in the delivery of cardio-diagnostics and device programs.
  • Lead/oversee centralized intake models for cardiac device clinics.
  • Monitor centralized processes, including prioritization of referrals to cardiology programs.
  • Support in-patient clinical care pathways in improving patient experience and coordinating smooth transitions to care.
  • Evaluate new products, equipment, and procedures that impact the delivery, quality, and cost of providing cardiovascular care to improve patient outcomes and resource management.
