About the Role

This role involves providing support to our accountancy team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and calculate fixed assets and depreciation accurately.
  • Maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and post journal entries efficiently.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports on time and as required.
  • Prepare tax returns and reconcile accounts effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have experience working with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

In terms of qualifications, we require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
