Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior fabricator with expertise in structural metalwork to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing complex metal structures for our customers' trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities:
  • Laying out reference points and patterns for metal fabrication
  • Assembling and fitting plates and sections to form structures
  • Welding or bolting sections together to create strong and durable metal components
  • Operating heavy-duty metalworking machines, such as brakes, presses, drills, grinders, shears, and CNC machines
  • Constructing patterns and templates for metal fabrication
  • Installing fabricated components in final products
  • Rigging, hoisting, and moving materials to storage areas or within the worksite
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structural metalwork or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This position requires working in a physically demanding environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions.
