Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Specialist - Education Policy to join our team at SOL Systems Inc.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and evaluating educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. About the Role

This position involves conducting research, analyzing data, and producing high-quality reports to inform education policy decisions. You will also be responsible for supervising junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs, ensuring alignment with education policies and best practices.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform education policy decisions and program evaluations.
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and community leaders, to advance education goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, education policy, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, based on industry standards and market conditions. The actual salary will depend on factors such as your level of experience, qualifications, and location.
