Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products with precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare solutions for the preservation of specimens, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Bill third-party insurers efficiently and effectively.
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to prevent stockouts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Clean and restore ocular prostheses with care and precision.
  • Interpret physician's specifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions to operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with tasks and duties, providing exceptional support and care.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, with excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with flexibility to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Ability to multitask, with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
