We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Central Rx Group Inc.
Job Summary:The Pharmacy Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to our pharmacy team, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, compounding and packaging pharmaceutical products, and maintaining inventories of medications and prescription records.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and prescription records
- Assist health care professionals with tasks such as preparing solutions for preservation of specimens and interpreting physician's specifications
- Perform other related duties as required
- Pharmacy technician certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
