Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Household Maintenance Specialist to join our team at J Chopra. As a key member of our household services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable living space
  • Stock linen closet with clean linens and towels
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene and appearance
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent odors and pests
  • Launder clothing and household linens to keep them clean and fresh
  • Mend clothing and linens to extend their lifespan
  • Shop for food and household supplies to maintain a well-stocked pantry and cleaning supplies
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and sparkling appearance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to perform tasks
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking to maintain a comfortable working environment

Pay: $18.50/hr (30hrs/week)
