Overview:

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled and ambitious Urologist to join our healthcare team in Brandon, Manitoba.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat urologic disorders, including surgical procedures
  • Order diagnostic tests and consult with other physicians/healthcare providers as required
  • Provide urologic expertise to other physicians/healthcare providers as needed

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree
  • Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Medico-legal insurance with the Canadian Medical Protective Association or another carrier
  • Criminal record check and Child and Adult abuse check prior to starting practice
  • Language of work: English

Benefits:

  • Fee-for-service based on an agreement between Doctors Manitoba and Manitoba Healthy Living and Seniors (MHHLS)
  • Anticipated fee-for-service annual compensation is $300,000.00, based on 40 hours a week (excluding on-call work)
  • On-call stipends paid separately per the Doctors Manitoba negotiated rates
