Job Title: Environmental Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Operations Supervisor to join our team at VIP Cleaning Services Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities under their care meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inspect Sites/Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas requiring additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately maintain financial records and provide detailed reports as required.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide assistance to cleaners as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, judgement, excellent oral and written communication skills, and client focus.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week.
