Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

At Steve Marshall Ford, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning properly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
