Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Steve Marshall Ford. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete repairs and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
