About the Role:

The Meat Products Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and preparing meats for processing and cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, removing bones from meat, weighing meats for sale, cutting poultry into parts, pricing meat products, selling meats to customers, grinding meats, and preparing special orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires working in a refrigerated environment with exposure to moving equipment and potentially hazardous materials. The successful candidate will be required to wear protective gear and follow all safety protocols.
