Job Title: Retail Store Team Member

Salary:$40,000 per year

This role involves supporting the store management team in maintaining excellent Guest Services as per company standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high levels of Guest Services as per Company Standard
  • Supporting the Store Management Team in generating sales
  • Conducting regular housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensuring accurate product displays and signage
  • Handling POS transactions efficiently
  • Reporting any security or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

  • A minimum age requirement of 17 years
  • The ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An availability to work 8 hours standing/walking at a time
