Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and Maintain Crops: Supervise the cultivation of crops on our vertical farming system, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
  • Direct Agricultural Activities: Direct the activities of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Farm Operations: Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate with Clients: Negotiate with clients to provide services, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Fruit and vegetable combination farming in a remote location.

Work Conditions:

Physically demanding work environment.
