About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Cyber Liability Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the placement of Cyber insurance policies in the market and working closely with clients to develop tailored risk management solutions.



Salary Information


The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience.



Job Description


The Cyber Liability Risk Manager will be responsible for:



  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients, including renewal processes for Management Liability lines of coverage;
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of coverage and pricing with insurers;
  • Assessing and investigating applicant's cybersecurity quality control practices and recommending appropriate coverage solutions;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and underwriters to foster business growth and retention;
  • Developing a Cyber & Management Liability placement strategy;
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify exposures and determine appropriate coverage solutions;
  • Conducting regular reporting about Cyber & Management Liability book for internal stakeholders;
  • Reviewing coverage(s) and recommending changes as necessary;
  • Working with the executive team to produce client presentations relating to insurance terms and conditions;
  • Conducting technical review of policy documents to ensure accuracy prior to presentation;
  • Requesting policy amendments from insurers;
  • Responding to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Ensuring all client records are uploaded to our broker management system;
  • Representing Masters Insurance at industry events;
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A valid RIBO License;
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field;
  • Completed CRISC and/or CISSP or other related certifications;
  • Excellent analytical and written skills, with high standards of presentation;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
