Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the coordination and supervision of delivery drivers. This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 hours of work per week with a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 delivery drivers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively in their roles. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet tight deadlines
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Recommending personnel actions and requisitioning materials as needed
• Providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles
