- Participate in the development of company-wide strategic goals and direction, promoting Securitas Service Excellence throughout the operational area.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to offer clients hybrid security solutions, including technologies such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Represent the organization in business negotiations and official functions, building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- Proven experience in a senior management role with increasing responsibility, with a strong track record of operational and financial leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and personnel.
- Results-oriented, with a business acumen and customer service excellence mentality.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply sound judgment and solutions to challenging issues.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative, positive relationships with all stakeholders within a matrix reporting structure.
- Accurately assesses employee strengths and development needs, providing feedback, counselling, mentoring, and coaching as appropriate.
- Must be able to multitask and organize/prioritize to support an effective and efficient operation and accomplishment of stated goals to achieve success.
- University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or equivalent experience and education to the company's satisfaction.
- Ten years of progressive management experience, with a minimum of 7+ years of direct management experience with full P&L responsibility and team leadership for multi-branch operations.
- Experience with security technologies such as CCTV and access control, and managing and/or delivering remote security services is an asset.
- Experience working within a unionized environment is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of computers and various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and understanding various client databases.
