Job Title: Finance and Administration Vice President

At The Bagel House, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Vice President to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in finance, administration, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
