Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Pioneer Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may impact store operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
