Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
