Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Operations Manager to join our team at Emma's Suites.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities, ensuring that all aspects of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services are met with the highest level of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement effective infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise staff to ensure they meet safety standards, departmental policies, and local regulations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
