Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Duncan. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Staff
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation
  • Hire Food Service Staff
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Dairy Queen Duncan, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of Experience
