Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ace Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in residential areas, and you will be working with a team of experienced construction professionals.
