Director of Inventory Management

The Director, Inventory Control is responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals at an assigned location(s) for Encore Global.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock while maintaining safety, security, and quality assurance of equipment.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to create effective sales strategies to maximize revenue per-event for assigned customers.
- Participate in business review presentations as needed, in collaboration with regional management.
- Ensure all equipment and services are delivered on time, in good working condition, and as specified by clients and the venue.
- Train employees on Encore standards for service and equipment, and verify they are properly trained on company computer systems.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- ~3+ years of audio visual experience.
- ~Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in a live show environment.
- ~ Proficiency with the use of computer hardware.
- ~ Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office.
The Director, Inventory Control will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
