About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at Rise People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing workflow automation solutions that will help put Workday at the center of our clients' application ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), DIS, Extend, and EIBs.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts in HR, Finance, and IT to implement creative solutions for hard business problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies and best practices to ensure our solutions are always cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a developer of enterprise integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), DIS, Extend, and EIBs.
  • Workday Integration and Studio certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Workday certified in HCM, Payroll and/or Financials are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated mastery of the Workday environment and can navigate Workday with ease and confidence, including reporting, calculated fields, etc.
  • Proficient in one or more software development languages, such as Python, Ruby, C#, or Java.
  • Direct experience with human capital and financial management systems.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients - both in technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proven technical competencies combined with a demonstrated understanding of business processes.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study.
