Key Responsibilities:- HR Policy Development: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support our business growth.
