Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the skates category strategy, including product configuration, briefs, portfolio offering, pricing, presentation, marketing assets, and financial planning.
- Lead the creation of global product lines and marketing briefs, guiding designers and developers to identify consumer and dealer needs across different segments.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop communications that maximize impact and create compelling product stories.
- Optimize product margins through pricing and product mix strategies, navigating cost structures to deliver value for CCM, customers, and consumers.
- Analyze and present financial forecasts and scenarios to capitalize on opportunities and maximize return for CCM's business plan.
- Review and evaluate the global SKU offering, identifying trends and opportunities for expansion or reduction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field; MBA or Master's Degree is an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize market and customer feedback.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong writing and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
- Bilingualism (French and English) – oral and written.
