The ideal candidate will have industrial construction experience and scheduling expertise in enterprise applications like Primavera P6. They will ensure schedules meet company and industry standards, are complete, and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align project schedule and project execution plans
  • Interface with project team, construction management, and business personnel
  • Assist in developing option analysis and strategies for project scope and execution plans
  • Perform schedule risk analysis with the project team
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with the project team
  • Ensure proper integration of all project schedules
  • Perform impact analysis of delays and accelerations
  • Define critical and sub-critical path activities
  • Develop and maintain other schedules as needed
  • Collect progress updates and apply progress to schedules
  • Liaise with project team to generate EVM metrics
  • Review manpower planning
  • Ensure all schedules follow written scheduling procedures
  • Improve global scheduling processes and standards
  • Issue project reports
  • Promote the value of scheduling to project teams

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of scheduling experience in enterprise applications
  • Three to five years of experience in managing schedules for large industrial/construction projects
  • Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, and lead
  • Strong analytics skills to evaluate complex data sets
  • Ability to clearly communicate and deliver presentations
