About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at We Must. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective communications materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, meeting their objectives and expectations.
  • Design Development: Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication, developing graphic elements that meet client objectives.
  • Design Creation: Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, utilizing existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, sitting, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate client focus, initiative, team player skills, and creativity in your work.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a focus on permanent employment and a 30-hour workweek.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
